The list includes all the foreign satellited launched by India. India has launched 319 satellites for 33 different countries as of. Commercial launches for foreign nations are negotiated through NSIL, the commercial arm of the ISRO. Between 2013 and 2015, India launched 28 foreign satellites for nine different countries earning a total revenue of US$101 million.
As of 2019, Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle has been the only launch vehicle utilized in international commercial launches as the newly operational GSLV Mk II and GSLV Mk III are yet to receive any commercial orders and first international commercial launch of Small Satellite Launch Vehicle is due for 2020.
On February 15, 2017, ISRO launched 104 satellites on single launch by a PSLV-XL. 96 satellites were from the United States while the others come from Israel, the UAE, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. It remains the largest number of satellites launched on a single flight by any space agency.
