Setlist
Jarre was invited for a concert celebrating the 850th birthday of Moscow. His largest concert up-to-date. A VHS tape was released in the US in 1998 and NTSC DVDs were released in Brazil, Chile and USA in 2000 and Europe version in 2007.

Metamorphoses Showcase

On the release date of his new album, Jarre played a showcase concert at dance club Man Ray, in Paris, on January 31, 2000, attended by 400 people.
Setlist
For the 1st day of 2001, Jarre teamed up with Tetsuya "TK" Komuro and writer Arthur C. Clarke to celebrate the beginning of the 21st century on Okinawa, Japan, with 20,000 attending in the Ginowan Seaside Park. A purported intention to release the new compositions didn't come to fruition, as the band formed by Jarre and Komuro became short-lived. Some of those themes were incorporated by Jarre in other releases.
Setlist
On June 19 and 20, 2001, Jarre played two concerts at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus to raise money for the Greek organization Elpida, with 15,000 people attending in total. A new composition, Akropolis, was later used at the Beijing & Poland concerts under new titles. The second concert was broadcast live on French radio NRJ and on French TV channel M6, for which one track had to be dropped due to time constraints, and is available for rebroadcast.
Setlist
The organizers of this annual festival invited Jarre to take part in one of their events on April 12, 2002. 100 people attended the event where Jarre performed totally new tracks as well as revisiting an old track. In 2006, music from the concert was released as an online album sold exclusively through iTunes.
Setlist
Jarre held a very wet and muddy concert at the Gammel Vrå Enge Windmill Park near the city of Aalborg in Denmark, on September 7, 2002, with 40,000 spectators. Danish band Safri Duo featured on the track "Aero", which in fact was Bourges 2 from the performance earlier that year, and Rendez-Vous 4. The concert was broadcast live on various TV stations around the world and a shortened one-hour version was made available for rebroadcast.
By no fault of Jarre, due to 22 millimeters of rain and lack of proper preparation for and execution of the event, it took several hours for all people to be able to leave the area, and many cars were stuck until the next day. The problems subsequently became a big issue in Danish media, since, had there been an accident, it would be extremely difficult for help to get to the location. Two years previously, nine people were killed at Roskilde Festival, which had brought focus on security at large concerts. Preparations for AERO were later proven to have been lacking, and the police investigation concluded, in part, that permission for the concert should not have been granted. Reactions from spectators were mixed, some claiming it was unsafe, and others saying it was a case of overreacting.
Setlist
Kicking off the Year of France celebrations in China, Jarre performed two back-to-back concerts in Beijing, China, first at the Forbidden City and then at Tiananmen Square, on October 10, 2004. 15,000 selected people plus some who bought tickets attended the concerts which featured local Chinese musicians and marked the first 5.1 concert by Jarre. A DVD set called Jarre in China was released in 2005 including the full concerts and various extras. The concerts were broadcast by Chinese TV station CCTV for the whole world by HDTV satellite. A shortened one-hour version was made available for rebroadcast.
Setlist
Jarre performed Rendez-Vous 2 for celebration of the bicentenary of Hans Christian Andersen.

Salle des Étoiles

Jarre held two mini-concerts on August 6 and 7, 2005 at the Sporting Monte-Carlo Casino, Monaco as part of the Casino's Summer Festival. 1,500 and 1,100 people attended the concerts.
Setlist
With Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra, Gdańsk University Choir, Jean-Michel Jarre. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Lech Wałęsa's Solidarity movement, Jean Michel Jarre performed an energetic concert in Gdańsk, northern Poland. The backdrop was the shipyard where workers went on strike in August 1980 leading to the eventual fall of communism in Poland. The setting includes a moving crane lit from the inside, and the hangar door opening to reveal an orchestra surrounded by sparks from metal welding.

Oxygene 30th Anniversary Tour

On September 19, 2007, Jarre performed his Oxygène album at the Alfacam studios, Lint, Belgium, which was filmed with special 3D cameras. This recording was included on his CD+DVD ', celebrating the album's 30th anniversary.
The audience consisted of a very small number of invitees only.
Jarre then performed 10 Oxygene concerts in Paris, from December 12 to December 26, 2007. The concerts took place at the Théâtre Marigny, a small, 1000 seats theatre located in the Champs-Élysées. A high-definition recording of the final show was broadcast by Belgian channel EXQI, in January 2010.
In 2008 the tour continued in theaters across Europe:

During 2009 to 2012 Jarre performed an indoors tour, but with a different concept than his previous Oxygene tour. Jarre performed music from all of his best-selling albums, in a show with cutting-edge digital technology, lasers design and lighting choreography. Jarre at first also conceived HD video projections, but these were later cut from the show, as Jarre stated:
"I don't want the audience to think that they're watching a TV show. The visual aspect has to support the music, and not be the soundtrack of the visuals."

The 2010 part of the tour was an upgraded version of his 2009 tour, with new visuals added such as giant image projections, and also performing outdoors on some occasions.
Jarre first conceived it would evolve into a world tour, supposedly visiting America, Asia and Australia. However, this was not the case.
