. Bressman joined

Office of Legal Counsel

Department of Justice

Supreme Court Justice
Stephen Breyer
and now-Second
Circuit Judge
José A. Cabranes. She teaches
Administrative Law
and
Constitutional Law
and is Co-Chair of the

Program.
