Limilngan language


Limilngan is an extinct indigenous language of Australia. It had three speakers left in 1981, but was gone by 2009.

Phonology

The Limilngan language uses the three vowel system; /a/, /i/, /u/. The three sounds can result in allophones as /ɑ,æ/, /ɪ/, and /ʊ/.
