Agg began her career as a striker at the Arsenal Academy, during the time Laura Harvey was in charge of the senior team. After being offered a senior contract, Agg made the decision to study teaching full-time at the University of Brighton from 2013 to 2016. During this time, Agg played for Brighton and Hove Albion and Millwall Lionesses, earning Player of the Season and joint top scorer awards during the period. She played primarily as an attacking midfielder for the Lionesses. Agg returned to Brighton in January 2016, helping them to achieve promotion to FA WSL 2.
With Brighton not playing again until February 2017, Agg signed to play for Cardiff Met in their 2016–17 UEFA Women's Champions League qualifying campaign. Despite scoring a brace, Cardiff Met was defeated 3–2 by Serbian champions Spartak Subotica.
In January 2017, Agg left her role as a PE teacher to sign a full-time professional contract with FA WSL team Bristol City for the 2017 Spring Series and returned to the striker role, scoring again in a draw with then-leaders Liverpool.
In August 2017, after a successful trial, Agg signed for 1. FFC Frankfurt in Germany's Frauen-Bundesliga on a two-year contract.
After one season in Germany, Agg returned to England to sign with FA Women's Championship team Charlton Athletic. A year later, Agg moved to fellow Championship side a London City Lionesses as part of their inaugural squad.
