Lenn Kudrjawizki came with his parents at the age of two months from Leningrad to East Berlin, where his father had a job as a scientist and his mother worked as an interpreter. He discovered violin playing and at the age of 6 he was on stage with the Leningrad State Ballet. He attended an artistic high school, where he received acting, singing and violin lessons. In Dresden he finally studied violin. He made his TV debut in 1994 with the film Katrin and Vladimir. In it he plays a young man suffering from leukemia who falls in love with another patient. In 2000 Kudrjawizki played a supporting role in the international production Duell - Enemy at the Gates by Jean-Jacques Annaud. 2001 he played the leading role in the feature film Kiki and Tiger directed by the Swiss Alain Gsponer. For this acting achievement Kudrjawizki was nominated for the Förderpreis Deutscher Film 2002. From 2001 to 2006 Kudrjawizki was part of the permanent ensemble of the RTL series Abschnitt 40. At the same time, he took part in various cinema and television productions, such as PiperMint - Das Leben, möglicherweise, in the Oscar-winning film Die Fälscher by Stefan Ruzowitzky, in Die Päpstin, in the Paramount production Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit, alongside Kevin Costner directed by Kenneth Branagh and in The Transporter: Refueled - produced and written by Luc Besson and as a commissioner in the ARD - series Der Kroatien-Krimi. In 2006 Lenn Kudrjawizki took the step behind the camera. In the short film Today Is My Day he not only played the male lead, but also directed the film. His second directorial work, the short film Thank You Mr. President, was also awarded the rating "valuable", was nominated for the "First Steps Award 2009" and received the Murnau Short Film Award 2010. Kudrjawizki received the Human Rights Award from Amnesty International for his directorial work Business As Usual - The Prophet Flies With. The film has been shown at festivals worldwide and has won the Radio Eins Short Film Award 2014 and the Audience Award at the International DC Filmfest. In addition to his acting career, Kudrjawizki is also active in music. In 2006 he released his first solo album LENN - PopArt and in 2014 his second Colors of Life. With the Berlin band InCiders he also released the albums Ride On and To The company. In addition to concerts with the Dresden State Operetta and the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra, he and his company Legrain Productions, together with Felix Neumann and Stefan Lohmann, founded The Berlin Show Orchestra, the first sustainable orchestra and is committed to reducing CO2 emissions through the sustainability concept. Kudrjawizki is married to the musician Nora Kudrjawizki, the couple has two children. He is a member of the Bundesverband Schauspiel and the German Film Academy.
