On 14 December 2017. Sadriu joined to Macedonian First Football League side Shkëndija and signed a 3 years contract. On 25 January 2018, the club confirmed that Sadriu's transfer was permanent. On 7 April 2018, he made his debut in a 5–0 home win against Renova after coming on as a substitute at 75th minute in place of Egzon Bejtulai.International career

On 7 October 2017. Sadriu was named as part of the Kosovo U17 squad for 2018 UEFA European Under-17 Championship qualifications. On 10 October 2017, he made his debut with Kosovo U17 in a match against Netherlands U17 after coming on as a substitute at 57th minute in place of Dionis Marovci.Under-21
On 30 August 2018. Sadriu received a call-up from Kosovo U21 for a 2019 UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualification match against Republic of Ireland U21.
