The average household size was 2.37 and the average family size was 3.00. The median age in the town was 44.5 years. 25.7% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.5% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 17.6% were from 25 to 44; 33.2% were from 45 to 64; and 16% were 65 years of age or older. There were 98 housing units at an average density of 97.0 per square mile. The racial makeup of the town was 98.56% White, 0.48% Asian, and 0.96% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.35% of the population. There were 85 households, out of which 29.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.6% were married couples living together, 5.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 32.9% were non-families. 28.2% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.46 and the average family size was 2.96. In the town, the population was spread out, with 26.8% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 23.4% from 25 to 44, 33.0% from 45 to 64, and 11.5% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 43 years. For every 100 females there were 90.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.2 males.
