. Laplap is prepared by
grating
breadfruit

bananas
,
taro
or
yam
roots
into a
vegetable
paste
. The paste is then
wrapped
in
banana leaves
and
cooked
in an
underground
stone oven
, with
fresh
coconut cream
.
Meats
like
pork

beef
,
chicken
or
flying fox
