"La voix est libre" was the Belgian entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1995, performed in French by Frédéric Etherlinck.
The song was performed fourteenth on the night. At the close of voting, it had received 8 points, placing 20th in a field of 23.
The song is a motivational ballad, with the singer reminding his listeners that "the voice is free of everything" and that this can help them overcome the negative aspects of the world.
It was succeeded as Belgian representative at the 1996 Contest by Lisa del Bo singing "Liefde is een kaartspel".

French-language broadcaster RTBF was in charge of the selection of the Belgian entry for the 1995 Contest. The national final was held in Studio 6 of RTBF, hosted by Thierry Luthers. Ten songs competed to become that year's Belgian entrant, voted on by regional juries in Brussels and the five Francophone provinces of Belgium, alongside a professional jury. In a closely fought contest with no song dominating, Etherlinck emerged the winner by a 6-point margin, having received the highest overall score from the regional juries but placing only fourth with the professional jury.
On the night of the final Etherlinck performed 14th in the running order, following Hungary and preceding the United Kingdom. At the close of the voting "La voix est libre" had received 8 points, placing Belgium 20th out of 23 entries. The Belgian jury awarded its 12 points to Spain.
