Kulice, West Pomeranian Voivodeship
Kulice is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogard, within Goleniów County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It lies approximately east of Nowogard, north-east of Goleniów, and north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.
The village contains a manor-house which belonged to the family of German statesman Otto von Bismarck.
In 1994/95 the manor-house was refurbished by the European Academy Külz-Kulice Foundation, which was founded by Philipp von Bismarck. In 2002 the University of Szczecin acquired the manor-house and established a conference centre in cooperation with Bismarck's European Academy. The University revoked the cooperation in 2012 and ceased the project.
