Konstantin Velichko


Konstantin Velichko - engineer and military personnel from Russian Empire. He was born on May 20, 1856 in Korocha and died on May 15, 1927 in Saint Petersburg. He graduated from the Nikolay engineering school. He was awarded the Legion of Honour, the Order of St. Vladimir, 2nd class, the Gold Sword for Bravery.
