Kofoworola Bucknor

Kofoworola Bucknor-Akerele is a Nigerian politician and a former Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
She was the Deputy Governor to Governor Bola Tinubu between 1999 and November 2003.

Early life

She was born on 30 April 1949, and went to CMS Girls School Lagos before she travelled in 1949 to Surrey England for her Degree in Law.

She got a diploma in Journalism in 1962, and worked as a freelance journalist for BBC and VON Magazine.
