Kirby is a town in Hot Springs County, Wyoming, United States. The town was established as a coal town in 1907 alongside the nearby camps of Crosby and Gebo. The population was 92 at the 2010 census. The town is home to Wyoming Whiskey the state's first whiskey distillery, and was the only one in the state until 2017. Wyoming Whiskey began production in 2009 in a facility constructed by the General Steel Corporation.

The average household size was 3.07 and the average family size was 3.38. The median age in the town was 29.3 years. 33.7% of residents were under the age of 18; 7.6% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 33.7% were from 25 to 44; 19.6% were from 45 to 64; and 5.4% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the town was 39.1% male and 60.9% female.

Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.02% of the population. There were 29 households, out of which 17.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 37.9% were married couples living together, 6.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 48.3% were non-families. 48.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.97 and the average family size was 2.67. In the town, the population was spread out, with 17.5% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 24.6% from 25 to 44, 40.4% from 45 to 64, and 12.3% who were 65 years of age or older.
