Kim Yong-jae


Kim Yong-jae is a North Korean diplomat and politician. He was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to the Russian Federation. He is currently the North Korean Minister of External Economic Relations.
