Julius Balkow


Julius Balkow - politician from German Democratic Republic. He was born on August 26, 1909 in Berlin and died on July 19, 1973 in Berlin. He was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in silver, the Banner of Labor, the Medal of Merit of the GDR.
