Jovan Vukotić


Jovan Vukotić - Montenegrin general and military historian. He was born on February 22, 1907 in Nikšić and died on January 25, 1982 in Belgrade. He was awarded the Order of the Partisan Star, the Order of the People's Hero, the Order of the War Banner.
