Josefa González-Blanco Ortiz-Mena - Mexican ecologist and scholar, former Secretary for Environment and Natural Resources. She was born on March 9, 1965 in Mexico City. She graduated from the John F. Kennedy University, the Universidad Anáhuac México Norte.
