John Luke Gallup John Luke Gallup is an American economist . Gallup got his PhD in 1994 at the University of California, Berkeley . From 1996 to 2000 he was a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development at Harvard University . From 2008 to 2009 he was Fulbright Scholar at the Vietnam University of Commerce in Hanoi .
