John Butler (director)
John Butler is an Irish IFTA award-nominated film director, screenwriter and novelist. His work includes television sketch show Your Bad Self, and movies George, Spaceman Three, The Stag and Handsome Devil.Butler was born in Dublin, Ireland. He attended Blackrock College, an all-boys Catholic school in Dublin. He then went to University of California, Davis, obtaining a bachelor degree in English Greek and Roman, and a master's degree in Film Studies.
