Joe L. Kiser


Joe Leonard Kiser is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's ninety-seventh House district, including constituents in Lincoln County.
Kiser served a term as sheriff of Lincoln County before being elected to the legislature. He lives in Vale, North Carolina. Kiser is currently serving in his seventh term in the state House and is the former House Republican Leader. He is not running for re-election in 2008.
