Joachim Rottmann


Joachim Rottmann - judge and university teacher from Germany. He was born on October 22, 1925 in Kassel and died on November 11, 2014. He was awarded the Great Cross with Star and Sash of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
