Jo Vlugter


Jo Vlugter - engineer and university teacher from Kingdom of the Netherlands. He was born on March 7, 1905 in Rotterdam and died on July 2, 1991. He graduated from the Delft University of Technology. He was awarded the Knight of the Order of the Netherlands Lion.
