Jerzy Kołodziejczyk - film director and screenwriter from Poland. He was born on January 1, 1943 in Mikuszowice and died on March 1, 2017 in Bielsko-Biała. He graduated from the National Film School in Łódź, the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University.
