Jarry Lee
Jarry Lee is a British-American model, actress, musician, and journalist. She is also a social media influencer with over 600,000 Instagram followers and 30,000 TikTok followers as of 2020.
Career
Lee was on the cover of AM New York in February 2018 for walking in a New York Fashion Week show in honor of the #MeToo movement. She was named Model Mayhem's Model of the Month in January 2019, and was interviewed by Cliché Magazine for a cover story in its February/March 2019 issue.Lee has since appeared in commercial campaigns for AT&T and print campaigns for fashion and cosmetics brands like Maybelline, Urban Decay Cosmetics, Revlon, Vince Camuto, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, L'Oréal Paris, Vivienne Hu New York, Lancôme, and others. In February 2019, Lee came out as bisexual in season 1 of Netflix's first dating show Dating Around. Authority Magazine named Lee as one of their "Inspirational Women in Hollywood" in July 2020.
Lee was the deputy editor of BuzzFeed News's Books vertical from 2014 to 2018, and was listed as one of "The Asian American Women Writers Who Are Going to Change the World" by Electric Literature in 2017. She has also contributed to Reader's Digest and McSweeney's, and her tweets have frequently been featured on HuffPost and The Washington Post.
