Jane De Leon


Jane Florence Benítez de León is a Filipino actress, singer, model, and dancer. She was one of the members of Girltrends, a female dance group of ABS-CBN's noontime variety show It's Showtime.

Career

On July 17, 2019, de León was announced as the new actress who will star in the upcoming superhero film Darna as the comic book superheroine. Before de León, both Angel Locsin and Liza Soberano were respectively cast for the title role, but had to leave due to injuries they had acquired while preparing for the role.
