Jackass Flat Nature Conservation Reserve
Jackass Flat Nature Conservation Reserve is a reserve, located in Jackass Flat, a northern suburb of Bendigo in Victoria, Australia. The reserve was established in 1980 and is managed by Parks Victoria.
The dominant tree species within the reserve are ironbark, red box and grey box. Flowering shrub species include totem poles, violet honey-myrtle, common fringe-myrtle, sticky boronia,, fairy wax-flower '', goldfields grevillea, shrub violet and the rare star hair. Other plant species include golden pennants as well as numerous orchids.
