Ivan Valerievich Tkachenko is the Minister of Health and Social Security of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. He was born on 24 December 1964 in Desantne, Kiliya Raion, Odessa Oblast, Ukraine . He is of Ukrainian ethnicity.
