Incidents at European amusement parks


This is a summary of notable incidents that have taken place at various European amusement parks, water parks, or theme parks. This list is not intended to be a comprehensive list of every such event, but only those that have a significant impact on the parks or park owners, or are otherwise significantly newsworthy.
The term incidents refers to major accidents, injuries, deaths that occur at a European park. While these incidents were required to be reported to regulatory authorities due to where they occurred, they usually fall into one of the following categories:

At 17:00PM BST on July 18th 2020, a man was injured when another guest from a seperate group stabbed the person in the man's stomach on the entrance/exit bridge. It caused the park to go on complete lockdown preventing anyone from leaving. The rides were reopened so guests wouldn't get bored. The attackers name was later revealed as Craig Harakh, who is 26 and was due in court on 29th July 2020, he was also charged on attempted murder and possession of a weapon. Three other people have been arrested in connection with the attack. The park reopened the next day
