Ilya Florov


Ilya Florov - engineer from Russian Empire. He was born on August 5, 1908 in Novocherkassk and died on January 1, 1983. He graduated from the South Russian State Technical University. He was awarded the Order of the October Revolution, the Order of the Red Banner of Labour.
