County of Way
.
The main
town
of the hundred is
Koonibba
which began
life
as an
aboriginal
mission
. The
traditional
owners
of the
area
are the
Wirangu
Aboriginal people
though
Mirning
and
Kokatha
also
live
in the hundred now.
