Howling (The Angels album) Howling is the eighth album by Australian hard rock band The Angels , released in 1986.The album charted at number 6 on the ARIA Charts and it peaked at number 10 on the Recorded Music NZ .Alan Niven led Stravinski Brothers , commissioned new mixes of 6 of the songs on Howling , "Standing Over You", "Don't Waste My Time", "Stonewall", "When the Time Comes", "Man There", and "Get Out of This Place", which were shopped to labels to procure a record deal in the USA.
