Horst Haselsteiner - historian from Austria. He was born on April 3, 1942 in Belgrade and died on March 3, 2019 in Neunkirchen. He graduated from the University of Vienna. He was awarded the Great Silver Medal of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria.
