Herbert Böttcher


Herbert Böttcher - German jurist, civil law notary and lawyer. He was born on April 24, 1907 in Priekulė and died on June 12, 1950 in Radom. He graduated from the Humboldt University of Berlin, the University of Königsberg, the University of Vienna, the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, the Leipzig University. He was awarded the War Merit Cross.
