Helmut Manseck


Helmut Manseck - Germannavy officer and world war II submarine commander. He was born on December 22, 1914 in Bystrzyca Kłodzka and died on December 19, 1997 in Bonn. He graduated from the Naval Academy at Mürwik. He was awarded the Iron Cross 1st Class, the German Cross in Gold, the U-boat War Badge, the Iron Cross 2nd Class.
