Harald Wessel - journalist from Germany. He was born on February 12, 1930 in Wuppertal. He graduated from the University of Jena, the Humboldt University of Berlin. He was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in silver, the Patriotic Order of Merit in bronze.
