Hispanic or Latino of any race were 20 people. The whole population lived in households, no one lived in non-institutionalized group quarters and no one was institutionalized. There were 234 households, 50 had children under the age of 18 living in them, 146 were opposite-sex married couplesliving together, 7 had a female householder with no husband present, 9 had a male householder with no wife present. There were 15 unmarried opposite-sex partnerships, and 2 same-sex married couples or partnerships. 58 households were one person and 27 had someone living alone who was 65 or older. The average household size was 2.29. There were 162 families ; the average family size was 2.72. The age distribution was 105 people under the age of 18, 27 people aged 18 to 24, 78 people aged 25 to 44, 187 people aged 45 to 64, and 140 people who were 65 or older. The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.27% White, 0.17% Native American, 0.17% Asian, 1.53% from other races, and 0.85% from two or more races. 4.77% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. Of the 251 households 20.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.5% were married couples living together, 2.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 24.3% were non-families. 18.7% of households were one person and 6.8% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 2.34 and the average family size was 2.63. The age distribution was 18.7% under the age of 18, 4.8% from 18 to 24, 20.3% from 25 to 44, 35.6% from 45 to 64, and 20.6% 65 or older. The median age was 49 years. For every 100 females, there were 110.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 105.6 males. The median household income was $49,083 and the median family income was $49,917. Males had a median income of $50,057 versus $31,000 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $23,051. About 10.4% of families and 16.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 38.6% of those under age 18 and none of those age 65 or over.
