Grace Langford
Grace Langford was an American physicist known for her work in physics education and research on the infrared reflection of phosphates. She was born in Plymouth, Massachusetts and attended Wellesley College, where she was an instructor and undergraduate student simultaneously, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she earned her B.S. in physics in 1900. From 1894-1905, she taught physics at Wellesley; upon her departure, she began research at Barnard College, where she also taught.
