Gay Gaddis


Gay Gaddis is an American business owner, nationally-recognized speaker, author and artist. In 1989, she founded T3, a new breed of advertising agency headquartered in Austin, TX that rose to national prominence for innovation under her leadership for more than 30 years. T3 was a Certified Woman-Owned Business from 1999 - 2019. She currently serves as CEO of . Through the T3 and Under program, Gaddis has been a pioneer in allowing parents to bring their newborn children into the office as a means by which to improve their transition to daycare.
Gaddis' work has earned her multiple awards and accolades. She was named one of the “Top 25 Women Business Builders” by Fast Company, and was listed as one of the “Top 10 Entrepreneurs of the Year” by Inc. Magazine. She is a regular contributor to Forbes, as well as Fortune. Today, Gay is focusing her always-on energy to empower entrepreneurs and the next generation of business leaders to take big leaps in their careers and lives. She is an active on women’s leadership, company culture and entrepreneurship. Gaddis is a mother of three. She and her husband live in the Texas Hill Country, where they co-own the historic Double Heart Ranch, home of , a retreat venue for thinking, creativity and collaboration. Fossil Ridge blends Hill Country nature with inspiring architecture and state-of-the-art facilities to spark imagination, serving as a venue for non-profit events, corporate retreats and creative workshops.
