Fernando Larrazábal Bretón
Fernando Larrazábal Bretón is a Mexican politician born in Oaxaca who has served as mayor of San Nicolás and was a member of Nuevo León's Congress in 2009. He was municipal president of Monterrey between 2009 and 2012.Larrazábal is married to Eleonora Cárdenas with whom he has three young daughters. He has a degree at civil engineering by ITESM Monterrey Campus and is a member of Partido Acción Nacional.
His brother Jaime is also a politician.
