Farmington, Gloucestershire


Farmington is a village located in the county of Gloucestershire, in England. As of 2011 the village had 112 residents. It is mentioned in the Domesday Book as Tormentone.

History

Farmington was sold in 1724 to Edmund Waller of Beaconsfield ; and thence by descent to Edmund Waller ; Edmund Waller ; Rev. Harry Waller ; Harry Edmund ; Edmund Waller ; and Major-General William Noel Waller, RA, whose executors sold it in 1910.
