Fall Rock is an unincorporated community in Clay County, Kentucky, United States. Fall Rock is located on U.S. Route 421 north-northwest of Manchester. Fall Rock has a post office with ZIP code 40932, which opened on May 22, 1924.
A post office was established in the community in 1824. The hamlet is named for a local 10-foot waterfall.
