Erqi Memorial Tower

The Erqi Memorial Tower or called Erqi Tower is located in the centre of Zhengzhou city, Henan province, China. It was historically the tallest tower in the city, but not anymore.

History

The current Erqi Memorial Tower was completed in September 1971. It is the memorial of the Erqi Strike, which occurred on February 7, 1923. It has 14 floors and is 63 meters high.
