East Poinsett County School District East Poinsett County School District is a public school district based in Lepanto , Arkansas, United States . The school district encompasses of land, including portions of Poinsett County and Mississippi County and serving communities including Trumann , Tyronza , Marked Tree , Lepanto, Rivervale , Osceola , and Dyess .comprehensive education for pre-kindergarten through grade 12 and is accredited by the Arkansas Department of Education .History The district was formed on July 1 , 1986, when the Lepanto and Tyronza school systems consolidated.
