Dennis Radtke


Dennis Radtke is a German politician and Member of the European Parliament representing Germany since 24 July 2017. He is a member of the Christian Democratic Union, part of the European People's Party.

Career

From 2008 until 2017, Radtke worked as trade union secretary with IG Bergbau, Chemie, Energie. Since 2013, he has been first vice-chair of the Christian Democratic Employees' Association in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Radtke has been a Member of the European Parliament since July 2017, when he succeeded Herbert Reul. In parliament, he has since been serving on the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs. In addition to his committee assignments, he is a member of the parliament’s delegation for relations with the Korean Peninsula.
