Darsgah
Darsgah-i-Islami Higher Secondary School is a secondary school in Faizabad, India. It was established in 1952 by Muhammad Bashir and Muhammad Ishaq.History
Realising the need and importance of education some well-wishers of Muslim Ummat at Faizabad conceived of establishing such a school which would impart both religious and scientific education to the students. Thus in 1952 Haji Muhammad Bashir and Muhammad Ishaq laid the foundation of the school at Moghalpur in a clay tiled-roofed room with a small verandah.
Initially the number of students was not more than a few score.
