the Andes
. It
runs
perpendicular
to the
Andes
in an east-west
direction
from
Mocho-Choshuenco
volcano
to
Cerros de Quimán
. The
range
has several
features
of the
Quaternary glaciation
periods
including
cirques
and
arêtes
.
