Chinese Development Assistance Council


The Chinese Development Assistance Council is a joint development of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Singapore Federation of Chinese Clan Associations. This council was established in 1992. The mission of the CDAC is "to nurture and develop the potential of the Chinese community in contributing to the success of a multiracial Singapore".
