Central Statistics Office (Botswana)
The Central Statistics Office is the statistical agency responsible for the gathering of "data collecting, processing and disseminating" and for "coordinating, monitoring and supervising the National Statistical System" in Botswana.
Statistics Botswana embarked on the production of this special publication on "selected Statistical indicators: 1966-2016" as part and contribution to Botswana's 50th anniversary of independence celebrations.
The office has its main offices in Gaborone. One of the office's activities is a nationwide census every 10 years, the last one being conducted in 2011.Consumer Price Statistics
