Central Halmahera Regency
Central Halmahera Regency is a regency in North Maluku Province, Indonesia. At the 2010 Census it had a population of 42,815; the latest official estimate is 50,164. The capital lies at Weda.Administration
The regency was divided at 2010 into eight districts, tabulated below with their 2010 Census population. Subsequently two further kecamatan have been created - Weda Timur and Patani Timur.
